Internal dialogue dissection

After few months without Internet, I tent to put most of my focus on silencing the internal dialogue.

Trying to force it silence

not to much success… but I came to observe it more often and be wary of it more.
Recently by observing it I realised that the worlds that are being said are like… I already knew them before they become dialogs in my mind?

As if my mind is just repeating something that came before it, a much smaller internal dialogue.

I think the knowing part is not the same as the small dialogue

More to say that the louder one is just repeating the smaller one after the knowing.
In other words, the smaller one is controlling the louder one? Or the knowing part is being pulled by the smaller voice? It’s like a wisper you tell your friend and your friend repeats that loud?

What if the knowing part can sense and know many things but the smaller internal dialogue hand picks, filters and direct data that it needs to be said

And knowing this when you put your attention on each one of these 3 layers, the layer below stops,
After I focused on the “already knowing layer” and “questioning how it knows what my internal dialogue is going to say” the 2 that comes after, are quite down
And it comes with a stressful feelings.
And thinking with my internal dialogue would translate this stress as “I never worked with only knowing what to do without saying them, I don’t know it how”?

The layer between the “already knowing” and “loud internal dialogue” which I believe is in control, could be the Flyer mind or maybe something else?

Theory is that when it activities the “already knowing part notice” first that what its pulling and the the “loud internal dialogue” repeats it automatically

This might not be true, but let’s give each layer better names

If we call “already knowing layer” the “Intent”
The “smaller internal dialogue” “Flyer’s mind”
And the “louder concrete internal dialogue” simply “Internal dialogue”

We have:

Intent
Flyer’s mind
Internal dialogue

And our concessions seemes to be trained to just follow, not be suspicious, ignore these and not look for them.

With this diagram, seems like Flyer’s mind covering and blocking our intent and manipulating it with their own will.

It’s like they can’t creat new data, they can only use data from first layer, blocking what they don’t like. (like pulling the strings of a puppets)

Like how there’s a parasite “Cymothoa exigua” that eats the fish’s tongue, feeding of their blood, the fish has a fake tongue that only dose the job, no longer feeling taste of its food.

This is like as if Flyers manipulat us by filtering data, making itself the only bridge between Intent and us by slowly taking over from our birth, to force us to intend what they want from us, to create their favorite type of energy to eat, which is from intense feelings they cause with internal dialogue and then, suck them all up from the luminous shell?

Aye I’m thinking too much of it. brain rot! Too much brain rots!

:joy: Looks like you caught the stress it’s giving you red-handed!

It seems like you’re noticing the internal dialogue better, but it’s doing what it does best and maneuvering to give itself explanations, labels, and meaning… reaffirming its importance and your fixation on it. It’s brilliantly crafty!

This seems to be a common phase when you start watching the internal dialogue instead of being carried and controlled by it, but it seems like you might be over analyzing. Naming fixes attention, and attention feeds what you’re trying to stop.

You’re getting closer to silence, keep doing the practices as best as you possibly can and you will shut the internal dialogue, mental chatter, and flier’s mind down. :slightly_smiling_face:

Interesting post; I would describe my dialogue as “layered” as well. If you haven’t tried the rocks/crystals/dowels/pins between the fingers it might be worth a shot I’ve found them to be very helpful in slowing that down (I haven’t stopped it yet  ).

I have a bucket of rock collected for this, but I’m way too picky, so instead I got some pottery clay and made few tiny blocks of dried clay perfect size for this reason, tho I’m not sure if dried clay is a good option. I just have them just in case.

I bet they’re mad at me

Not gana lie, it was pretty stressful, writing this whole thing, but its just a theory! A ga… Flyer theory!

You will notice an intrusive thought, and something other than you will agree with it! The days whenever i manage to observe this in myself, i always end up having a dream where have this visceral feeling of losing control and falling upwards, feeling trapped, helpless, as somebody consumes that ‘scared’ me.

Naturally! You already know what you’re going to say, before you say it. At least, the general point you want to make.

Same for thoughts.

But I’[ll for a step further.

If what you are thinking “makes sense”, it’s already something designed to hold your reality in place.

Once you can sustain silence, you begin to notice stuff which makes no sense at all.

It’s not even you!

It’s some alien point of view.

And very refreshing!
It’s good that you’re dissecting the situation. That leads to working “smarter”. You always have to work “harder”, but you can also work smarter to get more result, from your work.

“If what you are thinking “makes sense”, it’s already something designed to hold your reality in place.”

Woha! Interesting, so this “making sense” binds you to the reality that it makes sense in it.

Wait, is this how stalkers keep their assemblage point fixed in a spot?

Sure! They use their behavior to cause something to “make sense”, even when it’s just a story.

Presumably that gives you a shield from the effects of your normal position of the assemblage point.

The problem of course is that people pretend to be stalking, to get out of doing the hard work of learning to stop their internal dialogue.

Than you for taking time to write this out! I feel like I’ve been experiencing something similar and getting the ‘Flyer Voice’s’ gone is a pain. Sometimes I get a headache when I focus too much on getting rid of it :face_with_spiral_eyes:

I’ve begun learning to speed read, which involves the text to enter your mind in chunks without saying the words in your mind, as a way to try and silence inner dialogue more and get past the Flyer voice. Idk if it’ll be helpful, but if not I’ll know how to speed read at least :joy:
