It’s funny, because males start with primitive vaginas, ovaries and whatnot in early stages of fetal development shortly after the urogenital tract develops, and as the fetus develops, those female organs are transformed into males organs.
Every man was once a woman, while still inside mother (not for very long though!).
That’s why damage to the sRy gene results in females with XY chromosomes instead of XX chromosomes.
Biologically, maleness is literally an extension of femaleness and the female reproductive organs are transformed from the fundamental female design through hormones and hormones receptors into the male form-factor, primarily because sexual reproduction provides much, much quicker evolution than self-cloning.

Also you can just start treating the uterus like the sensory organ it really is, at any time, you just focus your attention on you uterus while being silent (maybe place one hand on top of it?).
