Fair enough
I find it pretty disturbing, i knew a person that had it so i spend alot of time in the sleep paralysis sub reddit tracking the patterns
I discovered alot of people think they have their eyes open but are actually dreaming with their eyes still closed
But another group has their real eyes open as verivied by others
Yeah i think so as well to Its most likely the sleep mechanism failing. Or waking up mechanism Creating altered states that arent really usefull.
Waking up from a lucid dream produces it for alot of people
Some traditions say though consistent sleep paralysis can also be due to spirit attack - whitch seems to be the case for some of these people i spoke with
In your experience do you thiink its always the case theyl interact different?
Because ive spoken to guys that were under attack everyday. They had horrendous shit happen. Some woke up with marks.
It wasnt just a shadow in the corner
I learned flicking the tip of your tongue or putting it to the roof of your palet is the easiest way to go - as just about anybody is able to focus their mind to move the tip of their tongue - it will get most people out.
A sleep scientist told me that.
As alot of people cant get themselves to wiggle their toes or roll
